Steph, Nikki, Alicia and I checked into a hotel Saturday night with plans of cocktails, shopping, and a wonderful grown-up dinner. All went well until poor Alicia sliced open the tip of her finger on my picnic knife. So off to the ER she went. Once everyone was back in the room, we sat up until well past 1am visiting, telling stories, and cracking each other up. Injuries aside, it was a perfect little getaway.

I'm so excited about the baby shower tomorrow. It'll be so nice to feel like I'm ready for the baby. Stephanie and Laura are hosting it for me and I know they've been working really hard.
